Terms of Service

These terms explain what CashPri does, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

Draft document. This wording is a working draft for the CashPri pilot and needs professional legal review before launch. Company details that have not been confirmed are deliberately left out rather than guessed.

Who provides CashPri

CashPri is provided by Stacey Downey-Jones trading as CashPri.

CashPri is a trading name of Stacey Downey-Jones.

An address for legal correspondence will be published here once confirmed. We do not publish a private home address.

What CashPri is

CashPri is cash-prioritisation software. It helps you decide which supplier invoices you can safely pay from the cash you have, and keeps a record of the decisions you make.

CashPri does not move money, make payments, connect to your bank, or act as a payment service. It does not provide accounting, tax, insolvency or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Decisions about who to pay remain entirely yours.

Your account

You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. One CashPri account is linked to one business.

Your data and your figures

You keep ownership of the information you put into CashPri. You are responsible for the accuracy of the cash balances, buffers, commitments, receipts and invoice data you enter or upload. CashPri's suggestions are only as reliable as the figures you give it.

Subscriptions and payment

Your first completed payment run is free. After that, recording a payment run requires an active CashPri subscription: £15 per month. CashPri is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Subscriptions are billed monthly per business, renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from Plan and billing.

CashPri is currently operating in pilot with payments in test mode, so no live charges are taken.

Deleting your business

The business owner can permanently erase the business at any time from the Account page. This deletes uploads, settings, drafts and confirmed payment-run history, and cannot be undone. Any subscription is cancelled first.

Availability and limits of liability

We aim to keep CashPri available and accurate, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for business losses arising from payment decisions you make using CashPri. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will publish the revised version here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
