Contact and support
CashPri is in pilot. We read everything pilot users send us.
Draft document. This wording is a working draft for the CashPri pilot and needs professional legal review before launch. Company details that have not been confirmed are deliberately left out rather than guessed.
Start with the guides
Most questions are answered in the help centre, which covers exporting from Xero, what the cash buffer means, and what confirming a payment run does.
How to reach us
Support contact addresses are being finalised for the pilot and will be published here as soon as they are confirmed. In the meantime, please use the contact route your CashPri pilot invitation gave you.
Reporting a problem
Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Please don't send bank details, passwords or full spreadsheets — we never need them to investigate.
