Privacy Notice

What CashPri holds about you and your business, why we hold it, and how to get it removed.

Draft document. This wording is a working draft for the CashPri pilot and needs professional legal review before launch. Company details that have not been confirmed are deliberately left out rather than guessed.

Who is responsible for your data

Stacey Downey-Jones trading as CashPri is the data controller for CashPri.

CashPri is a trading name of Stacey Downey-Jones.

A postal address for data protection correspondence will be published here once confirmed. We do not publish a private home address.

What we collect

  • Your name and email address, so you can sign in and we can contact you.
  • Your business name and, if you provide it, your own company registration number.
  • The financial information you enter: cash available, protected buffer, commitments, expected receipts, supplier details and unpaid invoice details.
  • Payment runs you confirm, kept as a permanent record of your decisions.
  • Subscription status and billing references from our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
  • Limited technical records of failures, used to diagnose problems. These deliberately exclude your invoice figures, bank balances, passwords and security tokens.

Why we use it

To provide the service you asked for — prioritising supplier payments and keeping a record of your decisions — to manage your subscription, to keep the service secure, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Uploaded spreadsheets

Spreadsheets are read on our servers to extract invoice rows. The original file is not kept: only the invoice details needed for your payment runs are stored.

Who we share it with

Our hosting and database provider, and our payment provider for subscription billing. Each acts on our instructions under contract. Your business data is separated from other businesses at database level, so one business can never read another's records.

How long we keep it

For as long as your CashPri business exists. When the business owner erases the business from the Account page, uploads, settings, drafts and payment-run history are permanently deleted. Records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons, such as billing records held by our payment provider, are retained for the period the law requires.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to certain uses, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Erasing your business from the Account page carries out a deletion request immediately.
